This Licence Terms page explains how you may use the templates purchased or downloaded from MostPrintTemplates.my.
By purchasing, downloading, or using our templates, you agree to the licence terms below.
1. What You Can Do
When you purchase or download a template from MostPrintTemplates.my, you are allowed to:
- Edit the template for your own use
- Use the template for your business, brand, or project
- Add your own logo, text, images, and details
- Print the final customised design
- Send the final artwork to a printer for production
- Use the final design for marketing, branding, or business purposes
2. What You Cannot Do
You are not allowed to:
- Resell the original template file
- Share, give away, or distribute the template file
- Upload the template to another website, marketplace, or platform
- Claim the original template design as your own
- Sell the template as an editable design product
- Include the template in a bundle, freebie, membership, or download package
- Use the template to create competing template products
3. Ownership
All templates, designs, layouts, graphics, and digital files remain the property of MostPrintTemplates.my, its designers, or its content contributors.
When you purchase a template, you are buying a licence to use the template. You are not buying the copyright or full ownership of the original design.
4. Commercial Use
You may use the customised final design for your own business or commercial project.
For example, you may use the final edited design for:
- Business cards
- Flyers
- Stickers
- Labels
- Brochures
- Posters
- Menus
- Marketing materials
However, you may not resell or redistribute the editable template file itself.
5. Client Work
If you are a designer, freelancer, or agency, you may use a purchased template to create a final design for one client project.
You must not give the original editable template file to your client unless the client has purchased their own licence.
For multiple clients, please purchase a separate licence for each client project.
6. Free Templates
Free templates are also covered by these Licence Terms unless stated otherwise.
You may use free templates for your own project, but you may not resell, redistribute, or upload them elsewhere.
7. Printing Use
You may send the final customised artwork to any printer for production.
MostPrintTemplates.my is not responsible for printing issues caused by editing mistakes, incorrect file setup, colour differences, or third-party printing requirements.
8. Extended Licence
If you need to use a template for multiple clients, resale products, large-scale campaigns, or special commercial use, please contact us for an extended licence.
Extended licence approval must be given in writing.
9. Breach of Licence
If you breach these Licence Terms, we reserve the right to suspend your account, remove download access, refuse future orders, or take further action where necessary.
